204 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands if all the legal formalities transferring ownership of the relevant portions of Lucan Demesne, County Dublin, to each of the local authorities concerned have now been completed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The position remains the same as that stated in my reply to the Deputy's earlier Question No. 196 of 7 December 2000. Legal formalities in respect of Fingal County Council and Kildare County Council have yet to be completed, but the matter is being progressed. The legal formalities in respect of South Dublin County Council have been completed.
