83 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when she will publish the consultants report (details supplied) into the Competition Authority; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2021/01]
The report of a review of the Competition Authority carried out by Deloitte & Touche, Management Consultants, is under consideration by my Department and the Competition Authority at present.
It is not intended to formally publish the document but I have directed my Department to make it available on the Department's web-site and to arrange for a copy to be placed in the Dáil Library as soon as possible.
