139 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Finance if he will intervene with the Civil Service Commission on behalf of a person (details supplied) and grant her an immediate transfer to Sligo, and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2917/01]

The officer in question is serving as a clerical officer in the Land Registry. Should her placing be reached on any transfer list for Sligo, the Land Registry would as matters stand be willing to release her.
