132 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when registration of lands will be completed in the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if the registration can be expedited. [8345/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a trans fer of part and wayleave agreement which was lodged on 22 April 1998.

I am further informed that, provided no queries arise, this dealing should be completed in the next three weeks.
