I refer the Deputy to my reply to his question of 27 February last in relation to this person. The extensive representations received on his behalf advancing reasons as to why he should not be deported are being assessed in my Department at present in accordance with section 3(6) of the Immigration Act, 1999, and I expect to make a decision on the person's case file very shortly.
