659 Ms McManus asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will approve funding for the proposed travellers' halting site at Ardristan, Tullow, County Carlow; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20959/01]

Approval for the invitation of tenders for the provision of a Traveller halting site at Ardristan, Tullow, County Carlow issued from my Department to Carlow County Council on 14 August last.
