Ceist:126 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will consider introducing legislation that will require local authorities, which are instigating civil or other court proceedings against tenants for reasons such as non-payment of rent, to give financial assistance to such tenants to enable them gain access to legal representation.
