307 Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance if the review of the conditions for tax concessions to disabled drivers has been completed; if he has received the report; if amendments to the conditions are recommended; and if he endorses these recommendations. [25967/01]

Minister for Finance (Mr. McCreevy):

The Deputy is referring to the interdepartmental review of the disabled drivers' and disabled passengers' (tax concessions) scheme. I understand that the work of the review group has not yet been completed. I have not received its report.
