Ceist:1018 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the concerns of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 8 will be fully addressed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2621/02]
Written Answers. - Garda Investigations.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that the gardaí at Kevin Street station are investigating the incidents outlined in the letter addressed to the Deputy.
I understand that the incident, dated August 2001, has been detected and that one person has been made amenable for the criminal damage to a motor vehicle.
I am also informed that the Garda authorities consider that sufficient resources are available at Kevin Street to meet the policing demands of the sub-district.
