1563 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the reasons for the delay in approving an application from Kilkenny County Council for a once off house in the name of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; the date the application was received by his Department; the timeframe involved in dealing with such an application; and the expected date when approval will be issued. A proposal by Kilkenny County Council to build two semi-detached houses at this location was received in my Department on 8 July and approval was conveyed to the council on 1 October.
