I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 23 November 1999. Dealing number D1999SM007963D refers.
I am further informed that queries issued to the applicant's solicitor on 30 August 2002. The application cannot proceed further until the queries raised are satisfactorily dealt with. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory reply the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
