1407 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, arising from his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 327 on 11 December 2001, the application referred to has now been fully considered; the decision on this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to inform the Deputy that extensive representations have been received on an ongoing basis as to why this family should be allowed remain in the State. The case file is currently under active consideration and I expect it to be submitted to me for decision very shortly.
