279 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism the progress to date in advancing the proposal to develop Breffni mountain park in the Cavan-Leitrim-Fermanagh area; if funding has been approved for this project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6722/03]
