255 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has made further decisions regarding the future use of a building (details supplied) in Dublin 3; if he has received representations dated 31 March 2003 in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13773/03]

No decision has been taken on the future use of the building to which the Deputy refers. I can confirm that a representation dated 31 March 2003 was received in this matter and that this was responded to on 15 April 2003.
