274 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Question No. 356 of 7 May 2003, regarding taxi arrangements for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny who is attending St. Patrick's special school, Kilkenny, if the taxi arrangements will be continued; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has been advised by Bus Éireann that the pupil concerned is in seven day residential care, and has never travelled on official school transport services. Perhaps the Deputy could contact my Department's school transport section, Tullamore, with a view to clarifying the position regarding this pupil.
