I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a Land Commission vesting order which was lodged on 19 June 1987. Schedule number 89745 refers.

Land Commission schedule applications are deemed to be registered as of the date of vesting which is prior to the date of lodgement of the documents in the Land Registry. Accordingly, registration in the Land Registry of Land Commission cases is afforded a lower priority than the registration of other dealings. I am further informed that, provided no queries arise, registration should be completed within the next few weeks.
