I wish to point out that a comma in section 26, page 22, line 40, is misplaced and should appear after the word "to". It is not an amendment, I am merely bringing this to the attention of the House.

What is the position regarding cash discounts? If people pay for an item in cash can they get a mark down in the price?
These are private arrangements and in some instances one is in a primitive bargaining position in that one strikes a bargain ar an bpointe, so to speak.
But we are not preventing such transactions?
