517. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 194 of 4 October 2012, the position regarding an application in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44261/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe reason why the entitlements were not stacked is set out in reply to Parliamentary Question number 194 on the 4th October, 2012. Since this is a rather complicated case an official from my Department will contact the Deputy directly to explain the current position in relation to the entitlements. A full written explanation will also be provided to the Deputy.
