asked the Minister for Local Government if he will sanction the proposal for the drainage of the River Suir, County Tipperary, between Loughmore and Holycross, submitted by the North Tipperary County Council under the Local Authorities (Works) Act, 1949, and if he will have this work carried out as soon as possible to relieve the serious flooding of a large area of the best land in this area.
