As I indicated to the Deputy in reply to a previous question, the equipment proposed to be used in any particular sewerage work is a matter primarily for the sanitary authority commissioning the work and their technical advisers.
The Minister cannot leave it at that. He must tell us what is "elastonetricdeck"?
I had better ask Deputy Lemass because he found it in a book somewhere.
