The only body under the aegis of my Department with direct involvement in industrial marketing (other than those involved in commercial activities) is the Irish Goods Council. The Irish Goods Council receives an annual Grant-in-Aid from my Department and the allocations for the years in question are as follows: 1981, £922,000; 1982, £939,000; 1983, £1,000,000.
