69 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Justice when the proposed rectification of boundaries in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry will be finalised in the Land Registry, as a loan approval is in jeopardy pending the rectification of the title; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that from the information supplied it has not been possible to trace the application referred to in the question. If the Deputy will let me have the date of lodgment of the application in the Land Registry or any other references which may be available, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
