96 Mr. Belton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Longford will be paid a headage grant; and the reason representations by Deputy Belton have not been replied to by his Department in this matter.
The person named is not the registered owner of this herd number, which is in his mother's name.
She did not apply for grants under the 1989 cattle and equines or sheep headage schemes. She has already been paid her 1989 calf premium and suckler cow premium schemes grants.
Representations by Deputy Belton on behalf of the registered herdowner were replied to on 15 March 1990.
