I propose to take Questions Nos. 74, 75, 76, 77 and 78 together.
The employment of staff is now a matter for Forfás as part of the day-to-day administration of the industrial development agencies — see paragraphs 2 (1) and (2) of the Second Schedule to the Industrial Development Act, 1993 — in which I have no direct function. However, in view of the recent re-structuring of the agencies whereby Forfás, IDA (Ireland) and Forbairt replaced the IDA and Eolas with effect from 1.1.1994, the information requested by the Deputy is as follows:—
