74 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Education the reason a school (details supplied) in County Mayo has not received the necessary funds towards costs in carrying out repairs in view of the fact that it was promised a number of weeks ago. [4733/96]

The reason for the delay in making the payment is the very heavy workload in my Department's engineering division. I understand that the payment will issue to the school within the next ten days.
