Ceist:111 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice when a file plan for a folio (details supplied) in County Mayo will become available in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship. [8200/96]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that a query was issued to the applicant's solicitor on 27 March 1996 as insufficient fees were lodged. In view of the circumstances outlined by the Deputy, I am informed that when the balance is lodged, the matter will be expedited and the dealing should be completed within two weeks.
