247 Mr. Briscoe asked the Minister for the Environment the current status of an application for a first time purchaser's housing grant submitted by persons (details supplied) in County Meath; when they can expect confirmation of the grant; and when the grant will be paid. [14056/97]

Approval has issued to a new house grant and an inspection, with a view to payment of the grant, will be carried out as soon as possible.
