Ceist:266 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive 1998 cattle headage and a suckler cow premium in view of the fact that the overclaim problem on his land, caused by another herd owner has been resolved. [10121/99]
The person named applied on five cows under the 1998 suckler cow premium scheme and he was paid his full entitlement of £701.15 on 16 April 1999. Payment was based on his suckler cow quota of five cows and a premium of £140.23 on each of these cows.
The person named will be paid his entitlement under the 1998 cattle headage scheme within the next two weeks.
