262 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 160 of 4 October 2000, regarding the death of a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary, he has now received the report; and if he will outline to Dáil Éireann the details of this report. The coroner's inquest in this case took place on 18 October last and a copy of the verdict has been received in my Department.
I am advised by the health board concerned that the review by the clinical director of the board's mental health service is still in progress. The review was delayed due to the illness of one member of staff and because of ongoing correspondence between the board and the legal advisors of one member of the board's mental health staff.
