Communications Select Committee to meet Chair Designate of An Post

The Select Committee will meet with Mr. Dermot Divilly, Chairman Designate of An Post.

Committee Chair, Hildegarde Naughton TD, says: “Our Committee looks forward to engaging with Dermot Divilly tomorrow and discussing his plans for the future development of An Post.”

“An Post is one of the most important Irish brands, both nationally and internationally. At our meeting with Mr Divilly, Select Committee members are likely to want to examine how the present model is functioning and also discuss the changing needs of An Post’s customers.”

“Following the discussion tomorrow, a decision will be taken by the Minister for Communications, Climate Change and Natural Resources to confirm Dermot Divilly as Chair of An Post.”
