The Joint Committee on European Union Affairs will meet tomorrow, Wednesday September 28th for engagement on the outcome of the Conference on the Future of Europe and other matters.
The Conference on the Future of Europe was a European Union wide participative democracy exercise that offered citizens across Europe the opportunity to put forward their views about the type of EU they wished to see develop in the years ahead.
The meeting will take place in Committee Room 4 of Leinster House between 09:30-12:30.
CEO of European Movement Ireland Noelle O Connell and Deputy CEO of European Movement Ireland - Policy and Research - Stephen O'Shea will address the meeting.
The European Movement Ireland carries out annual, independent polling on Ireland’s relationship with the EU. Their latest poll was released on 21 September and the results will also be discussed.
