The Oireachtas Library & Research Service is exhibiting a 1921 edition of The Police Gazette or Hue-and-Cry.
The gazette illustrates the turmoil in Ireland at the time, following a sharp escalation of violence in the War of Independence at the end of 1920.
It features a list of wanted "criminals" including IRA leaders Michael Collins, Richard Mulcahy and Cathal Brugha along with the thief of a pony and cart in Co. Armagh and a man who embezzled a large sum from the Midleton Co-operative Society Stores in Co. Cork.
