Applications are open for students aged 10 to 17 to participate in the Youth Assembly on Climate. The deadline is 12pm on Wednesday, 18 September 2019.
The Houses of the Oireachtas/RTÉ Youth Assembly on Climate will bring 157 students from across Ireland to the Dáil Chamber on 14 November. The delegates will discuss how Ireland needs to address the climate crisis, establish the next urgent steps for Ireland and present them to the nation.
The Assembly will be broadcast live on RTÉ News Now and Oireachtas TV. Proceedings on the day will be chaired by Ceann Comhairle Seán Ó Fearghaíl TD.
