The Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine will meet this evening for an engagement with the new CEO of Horse Racing Ireland (HRI), Ms Suzanne Eade.
Speaking ahead of the meeting at 5.30pm in Committee Room 3 of Leinster House, Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Jackie Cahill said: “One of the roles of Joint Committees is to meet with the new CEO of a State body. Members welcome this opportunity to meet Ms Eade to discuss her strategic priorities for Horse Racing Ireland. We look forward to a wide-ranging discussion about her vision for HRI and the horse racing sector during the term of appointment.”
The Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
