Committee Jobs, Social Protection and Education to launch key report on the Single Working Age Payment

You are invited to attend, or send a representative, to the launch of a report on the Single Working Age Payment by the Oireachtas Committee on Jobs, Social Protection and Education on Tuesday, 13th March at 1pm in the AV Room of Leinster House.

Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh was appointed Rapporteur by the Committee to report on Minister Joan Burton’s proposal to merge all working age social assistance schemes into a single payment.

The report, which will be launched tomorrow, makes a number of important recommendations on the Single Working Age Payment.

Committee Member and report author Aengus Ó Snodaigh and other Committee Members will be in attendance and available for questions.
