Consideration of the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2014 will be on the agenda of the Select Sub Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation tomorrow, Tuesday, 4th November 2014.

Committee Chair Marcella Corcoran Kennedy said: “The Bill has the dual objective of bringing through a small number of amendments to Patents and Trade Marks legislation and should make it easier for pharma companies to develop new pharma products in Ireland. Tomorrow, the Bill will receive detailed consideration and members will have the opportunity to propose and discuss any amendments to the legislation as published.”
This meeting will start at 10.30am on Tuesday, 4th November 2014 in Committee Room 2.
