Finance Sub Committee to discuss Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Bill

Minister of State at the Department of Finance Simon Harris will attend the Select Sub Committee on Finance tomorrow, Tuesday, 11th November 2014 for committee stage of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Bill 2014.

Committee Chairman Liam Twomey TD said: “The Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Bill introduces a new legal framework for corporate funds, which will allow the incorporation of a new, tax efficient and innovative corporate structure for Irish investment funds. Tomorrow, the Committee will have the opportunity to discuss proposed changes as set out in the legislation as published.”
 
This meeting will start at 2pm on Tuesday, 11th November 2014 in Committee Room 4, Leinster House 2000. Committee proceedings can be followed live here.

The meeting will adjourn at 3pm and resume at 5.30pm in Committee Room 2 and can be followed here.
