The Dáil Select Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality will meet tomorrow afternoon for Committee Stage consideration of the Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Bill 2014.

Minister for Justice and Equality Frances Fitzgerald TD will be in attendance. The Bill sets out to clarify the potentially ambiguous wording of two provisions of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012.

The meeting takes place at 2 pm in Committee Room 2, LH 2000 tomorrow Wednesday 11 February and can be followed live here.
