“We look forward to hearing the views of Oxfam Ireland and those NGOs represented by Dóchas on the ways in which the world can best deal with the challenges of migration, including the root causes of displacement, counteracting xenophobia and racism, and on how to introduce a structured, regularised and orderly migration process to alleviate the plight of refugees and migrants”.
