20 February 2017
In attendance will be representatives from the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government; the Residential Tenancies Board and the Housing Agency.
Launched in December, the Strategy for the Rental Sector aims to alleviate short term pressures and address the long term causes by delivering increased housing supply.

Published in December 2016, the strategy sets out an ambitious plan to develop and nurture a viable and sustainable rental sector. The strategy and its recommendations are structured around four key areas and tomorrow we will engage with officials from the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government; the Residential Tenancies Board and the Housing Agency. The Committee looks forward to a productive meeting, with a focus on practical solutions to this significant problem.”
