Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government to discuss Housing (Regulation of Housing Bodies) Bill 2019

Ahead of the meeting, Committee Chairman Noel Rock TD said: “Given the important role Approved Housing Bodies play in our society, we look forward to meeting with the officials from the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government on this Bill which will bring these bodies, which are currently under voluntary regulation, under statutory regulation for the first time.”
