The Joint Committee on Transport and Communications will meet in 2 sessions tomorrow, Wednesday, 22 February at 1:30pm in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House, for Pre-legislative Scrutiny of the general scheme of the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Bill 2022 and then separately the Committee will meet with David McGarry, Chairperson designate of Shannon Foynes Port Company.
The Committee in 2 sessions will hear from:
Session 1
· Eamon Ryan, Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications; and Transport
Session 2
· David McGarry, Chairperson Designate, Shannon Foynes Port Company (Remotely)
