The Joint Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence chaired by Deputy Charlie Flanagan will meet on Tuesday February 28th with An Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence, Micheál Martin.
The Minister will brief the Committee on matters considered at meetings of the Foreign Affairs Council and priorities for the years ahead.
The Foreign Affairs Council is responsible for the European Union's external action, which includes foreign policy, defence and security, trade, development cooperation and humanitarian aid.
The meeting will take place in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House between 15:15-18:15.
