The Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action will meet tomorrow, Thursday, 16 February, with the Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications; and Transport, Eamon Ryan TD, for a discussion on the Climate Action Plan 2023.
Speaking ahead of the meeting at 9.30am in Committee Room 2 of Leinster House, Committee Cathaoirleach Deputy Brian Leddin said: “The Joint Committee welcomes this opportunity to meet with Minister Ryan and looks forward to a wide-ranging and in depth discussion on the Climate Action Plan 2023, emissions reduction targets and related matters.”
The Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
The meeting in Committee Room 2 can be viewed live on Oireachtas TV.
